After a break in 2020, we are delighted that we are again able to present this extremely popular session. Mr. Bair will be presenting KBW’s view on the Insurance/Reinsurance industry. Always insightful and timely, this will be even more so in light of another year of significant claims activity and uncertainly regarding COVID -19 coverage and liabilities as well as substantial M&A activity and a high level of natural catastrophes around the globe. We look forward to hearing his analysis and views and the potential effects on, and prospects for, the publicly traded insurance and reinsurance market.
Seth Bair is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Insurance and Asset Management Investment Banking of Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. Mr. Bair joined KBW in 1998 and is Co-Head of the firm’s U.S.-based insurance investment banking practice. He is responsible for M&A, public and private capital raisings, mutual conversions and other investment banking services for the insurance industry.
Previously, he was an Analyst in the financial services group of Alex. Brown & Sons, covering insurance companies, depositories and REITs. He received a BA in political economy from Williams College and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
This webinar, powered by Zoom is open to all and registration is our customary $75 for IRUA members and their employees and $95 per person for non- members.
In addition, this program can be submitted for review to the Institutes/CPCU – Risk and Insurance Management for CPCU credit.
