ASSOCIATION GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE CHARGE
- Annually, to assess and make recommendations regarding the Association’s insurance purchases.
- Annually, to evaluate and provide advice regarding Associations’ internal review &/or external audit procedures.
- Annually, to monitor and give counsel on the accounting procedures of the Association.
- Biannually, to inspect the records and physical property of the Association and make recommendations to the Executive Director and the Association Board of Directors.
